Airport Pick Up and Airport Transfer Policy

At Eurasia Educational Dynamics (EED), we generally do not cover airport pick-up and airport transfer. However, in some cases when we do, EED will only provide delegates with this service when the arrangement is agreed upon by both parties. Therefore, we hereby outline our policy regarding airport pick-up and transfer services:

1. Airport Pick-Up:

• EED offers airport pick-up services for delegates arriving at designated airports or agreed-upon meeting points.
• Prior to their arrival, delegates are requested to furnish their travel itineraries in advance, either directly or through EED partners, to ensure seamless arrangement of airport pick-up services.
• EED staff or designated transportation providers will meet delegates at the specified arrival location and assist with luggage and transportation to the programme venue or accommodation.

2. Airport Transfer:

• EED provides airport transfer services for delegates departing from our programme location to designated airports or agreed-upon meeting points.
• Delegates must communicate their departure schedule and transportation preferences to EED in advance to arrange airport transfer services accordingly.
• Transportation will be arranged to ensure delegates arrive at the airport with sufficient time before their scheduled departure.

3. Transportation Options:

• The selection of transportation, including the size of the coach, will be carefully determined to ensure comfort and efficiency, with smaller coaches allocated for smaller delegate groups and larger coaches for larger groups.

4. Communication and Coordination:

• Clear communication channels will be maintained between EED staff, delegates, and transportation providers to ensure timely coordination of airport pick-up and transfer services.
• Delegates will receive detailed instructions and contact information for airport pick-up and transfer arrangements well in advance of their travel dates.

5. Fees and Charges:

• EED covers the cost of airport pick-up and transfer services for delegates in certain cases, depending on specific arrangements and agreements.
• Fees associated with these services may vary based on factors such as distance, transportation mode, and any additional services requested beyond the agreed-upon coverage.
• Delegates will be informed of any applicable fees and charges associated with airport pick-up and transfer services during the registration process or beforehand. Any costs exceeding the agreed-upon coverage will be communicated transparently to delegates.
• By adhering to these guidelines, EED aims to provide delegates with reliable and convenient airport pick-up and transfer services, enhancing their overall experience and facilitating smooth transitions between travel and programme activities.
