Delegates’ Engagement Policy in Course Development and Review Process
Introduction: Eurasia Educational Dynamics (EED) recognises the importance of learner engagement in shaping the quality and relevance of our courses. This policy outlines our commitment to actively involve delegates in the course development and review process, with input from institutional partners to ensure alignment with their objectives.
Feedback Mechanisms:
End-of-Programme Evaluation:
- Delegates will be provided with evaluation forms at the conclusion of each programme to assess various aspects of the course, including content, delivery, and overall experience.
- Feedback collected through evaluation forms will be shared with institutional partners and considered during the course review process.
Individual Consultations:
- Delegates and institutional partners will have the opportunity to schedule individual consultations with Programme Director to provide personalised feedback, suggestions, or concerns regarding course content and delivery.
- Programme’s Director will actively engage with both delegates and institutional partners to address their input and ensure alignment with shared objectives.
Integration of Feedback:
- Feedback collected from delegates and institutional partners will be reviewed and analysed by the Programme’s Director and Programme’s Manager.
- Actionable insights and recommendations derived from feedback will be integrated into the course development and review process, with consideration for the goals and preferences of institutional partners.
Transparency and Communication:
- EED will maintain transparent communication channels with institutional partners regarding the outcomes of delegate feedback and the measures taken to address their suggestions or concerns.
- Regular updates on course improvements resulting from feedback will be provided to institutional partners to foster collaboration and accountability.
Accountability and Review:
- The Course Development Team will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of feedback-driven improvements in course design and delivery, in collaboration with institutional partners.
- Periodic reviews will be conducted to assess the effectiveness of delegates engagement initiatives and ensure ongoing alignment with institutional objectives.
