Discrimination, Bullying, and Abusive Behaviour Policy

At Eurasia Educational Dynamics (EED), we are dedicated to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all delegates participating in our programme. As part of our commitment to fostering a supportive community, we have implemented the following policy regarding discrimination, bullying, and abusive behaviour:

Zero-Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, bullying, and abusive behaviour in any form. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Behaviours:

  • Bullying: Any form of bullying, including verbal, physical, or emotional intimidation, is strictly forbidden.
  • Abusive Behaviour: Harassment, threats, or any other form of abusive behaviour towards delegates will not be tolerated.
  • Cyberbullying: Online harassment or cyberbullying, including through social media or electronic communication channels, is prohibited.

Reporting Procedure: Delegates who experience or witness any instances of discrimination, bullying, or abusive behaviour are encouraged to report them to programme staff immediately. Reports can be made confidentially, and delegates can feel assured that their concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Confidentiality and Disciplinary Action: All reports of discrimination, bullying, or abusive behaviour will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Programme staff will conduct a thorough investigation into the reported incidents. Disciplinary action, including warnings, sanctions, or expulsion from the programme, may be taken against offenders, depending on the severity of the behaviour and the outcome of the investigation.

Commitment to a Safe Environment: We are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment where all delegates feel respected, valued, and supported. By upholding this policy, we aim to create a positive and enriching experience for everyone involved in our programme.
