Revolutionizing the Beauty Industry with Sustainable Solutions in the Middle East
In 2009, and in conjunction with Oxford University’s technology transfer company Isis Innovation, The Eurasia Consortium hosted a showcase at the Oxford Science Park for research being generated by Tomsk Universities and research and development institutes. In the same year, The Eurasia-Isis team conducted a technology and capabilities audit of research being spun out Tomsk’s universities and research centres. The report generated from the audit, saw the creation of a six step plan to help commercialize Tomsk based technologies, create a seed fund for the region and to make more efficient the commercialization of research from Tomsk centres. In 2010, the Eurasia-Isis team won the tender to roll out the six step plan. The million euro project which was jointly funded by the TRG and Rusnano. Over the next three years, the Eurasia-Isis team worked in the region to support commercialization and promote business incubation, growth acceleration and importantly the creation of internationalization strategies.
From Brazil to the UK and EU Hair Care Markets
Eurasia Global lead the entry of Truss Professional, a Brazilian haircare brand, into the UK and EU markets. Leveraging our expertise in market access and brand management, we achieved significant sales growth for Truss Professional, despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team implemented innovative marketing strategies, including online sales campaigns and participation in international trade shows, to establish Truss Professional as a leading brand in the region.
US Market Access and Implementation Strategies for a Large Malaysia F&B Manufacturer
Eurasia Global collaborated with Brahims, a Malaysian food company, to launch vacuum-packed cook-in sauces in the US market. Leveraging our expertise in market analysis and regulatory compliance, we facilitated market access and distribution through strategic partnerships with non-GMO retailers and online sales platforms, including Amazon. This initiative enhanced Brahims’ visibility and profitability in the competitive US market, driving growth and expanding the brand’s reach to a broader audience of consumers.
