Social Programme Policy

At Eurasia Educational Dynamics (EED), we prioritise providing an enriching educational experience during our programmes. While we strive to ensure the success and satisfaction of all delegates, we acknowledge the importance of personal time and independent exploration outside of the scheduled programme sessions.

Therefore, we hereby outline our policy regarding social programmes outside of the official programme itinerary:

Responsibility for Social Programmes:

  • EED does not assume responsibility for social programmes organised independently by delegates or institutional partners outside of the official programme schedule.
  • Delegates are encouraged to utilise their free time after programme sessions to engage in personal activities, explore the local area, or participate in any social gatherings organised by their institutional partners.

Institutional Partners’ Social Programmes:

  • Institutional partners have the autonomy to organise social activities, such as dinners and sightseeing tours, for their delegates outside of the programme schedule.
  • EED respects the discretion of institutional partners in planning and executing social programmes tailored to the preferences and interests of their delegates.

EED Dinner Arrangement:

  • In certain cases, EED may offer dinner arrangements for delegate groups as part of the programme.
  • When EED facilitates dinner arrangements, one staff member will be designated to accompany the group to the selected restaurant nearby.
  • The staff member will provide assistance and support to ensure the smooth execution of the dinner arrangement and address any queries or concerns from the delegates.

Staff Allocation:

  • The allocation of staff members to accompany delegate groups to dinner outside of the official programme schedule will be determined based on logistical feasibility and availability of resources.
  • EED will strive to provide adequate support to delegate groups during organised dinner arrangements to enhance their overall experience and ensure their well-being.

By adhering to these guidelines, EED aims to promote a balanced approach to social programming, allowing delegates to enjoy both structured programme activities and personal exploration during their time with us. We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of all stakeholders in upholding this policy.
